When younger in our pre-teens and adolescent years, did we think much about what we placed inside our mouths? As a teenager
and young adult, many of us were fortunate to eat various forms of foods that would not negatively affect our bodies. As our
bodies grow beyond our years, we notice that we could not eat large amounts of pizza, potato chips, candy, cakes, and a host
of other unhealthy foods. These former foods with high sugar, salt, and fat that we formerly ate now have a negative impact
on our bodies, such as our waistline, ability to wear certain clothing, how we think and behavior, and fitness and nutrition
levels.
